North Shore

The second area, the north shore, contains the homes near the mouth of the river on the north shore - along Shell Point Road. This is an older Florida neighborhood which is turning into an exclusive area because of its proximity to the gulf and bay. This area is a twin sister to the property on the south shore of the river.
