Welcome to Shell Harbor, Florida

Shell Harbor is a complete subdivision located just off of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico on the south shore of the Little Manatee River. It is centrally located, less than 20 minutes from Tampa and St. Pete, Bradenton and Sun City and a further 10 minutes away from Sarasota and Clearwater.

Shell Harbor is made up of 39 spacious residential lots. Each lot is a little over 1/2 an acre. It is nestled in a well established waterfront community with waterfront homes on two sides that is over 50 years old. Many of the homes are directly on the mouth of the river or on a series of man-made canals. One of these canals runs down the west (left) side of the subdivision.

The subdivision was formally agricultural land and is very flat and clear and ready to build. The subdivision has a sense of privacy, not only because of its location on a private peninsula, but also because the roads on the north and west side run the length of the property and are closed-end.
