East of Little Harbor

The seventh area is east of Little Harbor. It has a large area devoted to track housing where there are many national builders.

Projection

As the real estate market accelerates, million dollar homes will continue to grow along the water on both the north and south side of the mouth of the river. As in all of  Florida, the waterfront area's property values will appreciate more rapidly and will withstand market dips better than properties away from the water.

Lost River Preserve will continue to be built out with the same or higher value homes. The natural preserve/state park will continue its growth and add more amenities for the public.

Little Harbor will continue its development as a world class community and have the other EarthMark developments. Just recently, Little Harbor acquired a piece of property on the north shore and has just started developing it for single family homes, condominiums, and town houses.
